Dr. Eva Klein is a corporate and clinical psychologist. Prior to her position at McMaster, she was a Professor of Human Resources at the Haskayne School of Business , University of Calgary for 5 years and prior to that a Teaching Fellow at the London Business School. Her teaching interests are in Leadership, Organizational Change and Compensation. She has taught at the graduate, undergraduate and executive level.
Dr. Klein has worked as an executive coach for over 3 decades. She has taught in executive development programs for clients such as Investors Group, China Mobile, CIBC, RBC, and CSX and coached many senior executives to achieve their best. She has consulted on compensation issues, pay for performance and on a myriad of organizational change issues. She is well-versed in numerous personality profiling instruments and has been effective in helping to select the right senior executives for corporations.
She has been an Associate at the Center for Creative Leadership and the Niagara institute for many years. She is a Certified Trainer in both the Influencer and Crucial Conversation workshops of Vital Smarts. She is also a Certified Psychologist in Ontario as well a Member of the British Psychological Association.
